Haven't been in Chicago for 15 years, where to eat??????

Hi there, I am coming back to Chicago for vacation next week. I used to live in Bucktown about 15 years ago, and I am wondering where is good to eat nowadays. I always loved that Chicago had gem restaurants that didn't cost an arm and a leg to enjoy really good food. I am really excited to come back and try some new (or old) places! Any suggestions where to try? Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you!
