Organic lamb & ground beef on sale this week in Oak Park

I just got an email from the Wettsteins. They're taking pre-orders for lamb and ground beef at greatly reduced prices. Pick up this Saturday at the OP Farmer's Market. I eat their lamb shanks all the time (seriously, once or twice a week) and can tell you it's great lamb.

That's one heck of a good price on lamb shanks. If I was still in Chicago, I would load up the freezer for the winter.
