http://chuckcowdery.blogspot.com/2010/0 ... nheim.htmlMy own opinion is that if you are a whiskey aficionado it is worth the purchase for a subtle, light drinking whiskey and too compare and contrast with the so called wheater bourbons (51% corn mash bill) of Makers Mark, Van Winkle, Weller, Old Fitzgerald and Rebel Yell, the latter two also distilled at Bernheim by Heaven Hill. As to nose and taste it justifies its 51% wheat mash bill and why "wheat" is in its name. You should get fresh baked bread, biscuit, light sugar, hints of marmalade and mint. I haven't had the Koval or any other craft distillery (Dryfly also has one) version.
