I was watching Rick Bayless' Mexico One Plate show the other night. Didn't catch it in time to Tivo it.
They showed the chef at Topolobambo making a Seafood Chorizo made from Scallops, boiling it in water, etc....
It looked delicious. I can't find a recipe for it online but it looked like scallops with a bunch of spices thrown in.
Can anyone point me in the direction to a recipe for this?
