    Great image, sad situation, and honestly, if Thai basil is not going to ward off flood-borne illness, I don't know what would. I'd eat here.

    I love the image -- and the attitude it reveals. You just do what has to be done. Of course, it's a lot easier in countries with fewer regulatory agencies. But yeah -- I'd eat here. She looks like she knows what she's doing.

    Have to admire her resilience. Puts things in perspective and serves as a reminder for me to stop complaining about anything!

    Hell, people were eating at Gene and Jude's just a week after it was covered with 8 feet of water just a few years ago.
