    Hi all,

Has anyone seen Chioggia beets in any of the NW suburban markets? I've checked Valli's and Whole Foods, but came up empty. Of course my local Dominicks and Jewel do not have them either (nor would I expect them to).

    Thanks!

If you are really desperate, find some local CSA farms and give them a call. They may still have some and be willing to negotiate. But they taste pretty much the same as regular beets.

I haven't seen them, but you might try Jos. Caputo's.

It's a little late in the season, but try Marianos on NW Hwy in Arlington Heights
