    I bought some chocolate egg nog (Trader Joe's) thinking my egg nog swilling daughter would love it. Unsurprisingly, I was wrong. Now I have spare egg nog. Any recipe suggestions? I'm thinking cookies or bars or maybe a cake? Anyone have an idea for me?

    Use it in bread pudding instead of cream or half and half?

    Excellent idea. I've made chocolate bread pudding and it is to die for. The chocolate egg nog would be great and easier.

    I also found a recipe for Chocolate Egg Nog Swirl Pie. It uses regular egg nog, but you could substitute the chocolate:
