I have a bottle of Tanqueray Gin. I don't know why, exactly. But since it's been opened I can't get rid of it, so I could use some help figuring out what to do with it, as I'm not the biggest fan of drinks with gin as an ingredient. I thought I had a recipe that brined pork in gin with capers but I don't know where it is.
Does anyone have any recipes to share?
