Call for entries for Prairie Fire's Bartending Competition

Looking for Chicago's best amateur bartender - Prairie Fire is holding a contest for the best drink and bartender.
The details are simple:
1) Create an original cocktail using at least one local ingredient. "Local" means anything in the Midwest.

2) Become a fan of Prairie Fire on Facebook so we know how to contact you.

3) Take a picture of your cocktail, the closer, the better, we're looking for a picture that really shows off your drink.

4) Submit that picture to the wall of Prairie Fire's Facebook http://www.facebook.com/prairiefirechi page by Dec 10th. Include with the post of your picture a brief description of the drink and the story behind it, the recipe, and your twitter handle.

Two finalist will be chosen by Chef Sarah Stegner, Chef George Bumbaris, Dan Sviland and our guest judge Adam Seger.
Those two will bartend at Prairie Fire on Dec 14 - whom ever raises the most tips for Share our Strength will be declared the winner. The two finalist will enjoy dinner on us at Prairie Fire that evening each with 3 guests.

The winning bartender will join Sarah at Green City Market on Dec 22 for a demo and will be invited to back to Prairie Fire for another chance behind the bar for a charity of their choice.
