Chicken & Biscuits

Lately on Triple D, reruns, they are showing a lot of chicken & biscuits.

Any good sit down restaurants in the Chicago area?

Had chicken and biscuits at the Lincoln Restaurant (on Lincoln at Irving) last week. Good biscuits, cream gravy and chicken. Around $ 8,00 as I remember, and that includes soup.

"Triple-D" also features chicken and dumplings quite often. Any place in the city serve that dish? I would guess that Southern and soul food places do.
