Post #8 - October 26th, 2016, 3:55 pmThey make lamb merguez most weeks at Homestead Meats in Evanston. If you call ahead, they may be able to make larger quantities, if that's what you need.

Yes - it's almost always in the shop. I'm pretty sure I've seen it at Publican Quality Meats, too.
