    I saw a sign in the Chiyo space today saying something like "Galapagos--visit us in our new location at 3800 Lawrence Avenue." I was in a rush, and don't recall the opening date listed.

    Also, I was told by the person who answered the phone at Chicago Kalbi that Chiyo is "no more."

    A am posting to confirm that Galapagos is indeed open in the old Chiyo space. I recently had the same grilled lamb pictured upthread, and it was just as good...

    Hard to be certain from the picture, but that may be pull-back from cooking not frenching. Happy to see Galapagos reopened, lamb ribs and llapingachos are calling my name.
