Post #1 - December 20th, 2010, 1:42 pmA year or so ago, I found a recipe for this martini. While there are lots of recipes out there, this was a Jean-Georges Vongerichten recipe and I really enjoyed it. Now, I can't find it anywhere. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

Post #4 - December 20th, 2010, 7:08 pmthe recipe does use Domaine de Canton and Absolut Pear but I think there is something different about his recipe. Last year, I could find it and now all I can find is the margarita recipe...which sounds very good. I guess I'll keep looking.
