Post #1 - December 23rd, 2010, 1:38 pmThey carried it at Whole Foods for quite a while, and its the only place I remember ever seeing it. Last time I went to find some they said they stopped carrying it in the clam shell because no one ever bought it, however they have uncleaned heads (very small ones and mostly dark green) for 2.99 a head! The clam shells were only 3.99!
Anyways, long story short, I love frisee, pretty sure its my favorite green, and I cannot find it anywhere (except the exorbitantly priced pitiful heads at WF.) If nothing else I'll try Stanley's and CitiFresh, but if anyone knows of a spot that for sure has frisee, let me know.
