    CBOT,

When I buy rib tips at Peoria Packing or Restaurant Depot, the side of the box usually says Brisket bones. I am guessing a term used by the packers? Never really asked anyone why, but did have to ask if they are tips. And yes they are tips.

Made it out to this joint today. Had spare ribs, they were not to good, bummed! Dry prob. held overs or ? Spice/dry rub weak and meat was dry, dry and dry. There was no wood smell when I walked up, outside or inside. Think hes running bag of charcoal or lump not sure. After I ate one in the car I packed up and drove home...not a good rib day. Wishing I would of went to Uncle John's on 69th!
