I have recently discovered biáng biáng noodles, a Shaanxi delicacy (well, a popular noodle in Shaanxi, at any rate). I confess that I am most strongly drawn to this noodle because of it's spelling (the logogram requires fifty-seven strokes, see below!) but they also look extremely tasty.
Do any of you have suggestions for where I might find such noodles in Chicago? Preferably as part of a tasty vegetarian dish!
