Anyone know a source? Tried the DomiJewels this morning but couldn't find it. Thanks! I'm in Glen Ellyn.

I find chunks of it at the Butera on Nagle at W. Gunnison... perhaps there is one near you?

On a whim, I picked up a package of Hormel brand Salt Pork (sliced) at my Jewel in the city within the last few months. It was in the bacon section. Even if you couldn't find it at your local one, might be worth calling around to other locations around you to see if they carry it.

I've mostly been rendering the fat and using that in various ways. I'd be interested to know what your plans are for it as I'm pretty unfamiliar with it's applications other than what I've seen online (predominantly collard greens and baked beans).

Thanks for the tips. I ended up finding it at by the chunk at Valli Produce on North Ave and Bloomingdale Rd. I used it to make Refried beans.
