Chouxfly picked up some PAM Baking Spray (he couldn't find our regular Baker's Joy), and I just tried a bit. The room immediately filled with a funky vanilla scent. I cleaned off my bifocals and squinted to read the tiny ingredients list, and sure enough: "artificial flavor" is listed. So caveat emptor... if you're whipping up Duncan Hines cupcakes for your fourth grader's class party, no problem. But if you're working on something that you'd rather not have blasted with fake vanilla, you may want to pass on this product.

For the record... I don't mind the plain PAM. I do notice that it does have a bit of a scent (and presumably, a flavor) but I can't detect it.
