I found one of my early musical contributions to food advertising:

    Still another one.

Am I the only one who got the impression that the reason they turned back in a hurry after eating a bunch of raisins and bran wasn't that they needed to EAT?

Ah, classic Chicago packaged goods advertising-- "Could we work 'two scoops' in there about 18 more times?" And you could always do anything you wanted in a Kellogg's commercial, as long as the whole thing took place at the frickin' breakfast table...

I always liked "Bob Evans, Down On The Farm."

Re Kellogg's: As the inventor of The Special K Pinch, I'm disappointed to find this hasn't been YouTubed yet. (Not sure it belongs in this thread, since the tagline wasn't especially humorous: "Do the Special K Pinch." But there you go.)

I did come across another spot of mine on YouTube once. Looking forward to the day my entire oeuvre is catalogued there. It's so much easier than putting a reel together!

When looking for these commercials. I had a thought, could I find Suzy Snowflake or Hardrock, Coco and Joe. I grew up watching them on Garfield Goose.

Last Christmas Eve, I sat through a two hour WGN special just to catch those two stop action featurettes. Now I can just watch on whenever I want.

    Regards,

Do you remember the similar cartoon that had an old puppet man going ice fishing singing "Oh my little fish, my little fish are here. oh, my breakfast, lunch, and dinner fish are here...?" I'd love to find that one.

Why do you insist on insulting toast?
