SF Chronicle article on French Laundry

A friend in SF mailed me a week-old copy of the San Francisco Chronicle the other day so I could read "How French Laundry's chefs reach for the stars." It's a long piece by a reporter who spent a day staging in the kitchen. No revelations but an interesting story nonetheless. It's available online, if you're interested.

I just found this thread and article via search. I have to admit, I'm shocked no one replied because the article is very well done and really neat.
