Our February "Taste-and-Tell" was so well received by our bakers, we've decided to make it a monthly event . . . with an additional twist: Each month we will focus on a particular technique related to yeasted bread baking.
As before, each baker coming to the Taste-and-Tell bakes a yeasted bread and brings it to the event.
Bring your own homemade bread to share. E.g., a new creation on which you would like feedback or something delicious you enjoy baking. We will sample each bread, ask questions, and learn. Bread "failures" encouraged: they are often the best teachers.
