Bakery owners Dominique Schewebach and Renaud Hendrickx have generously invited us back to their kitchen. We will see Renaud cut and roll laminated dough into croissants, start the dough for Hendrickx's signature Belgian Country Bread, and more. Everyone is encouraged to ask questions. Please expect the demo to last one hour. It is free of charge.
