Five Guys is my favorite fast-food burger. I usually order a double with grilled onions and mayo. Simple and perfect. I generally enjoy their "boardwalk" style fries and the peanuts you can snack on before you pick up the order. We usually frequent the LP store durring walks in the summmer up to the Zoo.

The Wilmette location in Edens Plaza is now open. What perhaps is most notable is the presence of the new Coke Freestyle fountain with 100-plus soda choices (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freestyle_%28Coca-Cola%29).

Agreed- we live down the road from Photo's and they're staffed with poorly-trained high school kids who are indifferent to customer service. After the third time we went there and our order was screwed up, that was enough.

Five Guys is open in Winston Plaza in Melrose Park. In the former Chicken Bowl location.

Haven't tried it yet, but it's on my list!
