Lake Bluff Brewing Co.

New brew pub that opened this past Wednesday. A couple of friends who were avid home brewers decided to take their hobby to the next level. It's small but cozy; every part of the place looks hand crafted. They had already run out of a couple of beers as they did not anticipate the huge demand. I had two terrific beers, a Belgian Sasion, and a Hard Tail IPA. My guess is that the latter will become their flagship beer. The menu is limited, but all of the food is sourced from local purveyors. The pulled pork sandwich was surprisingly good. Well worth a trip.
