Does anyone know where I might find bibingka in the western suburbs? And how good or fresh it is? Thank you very much.

There's a Filipino bakery in Glendale Heights that almost definitely has bibingka. I forget the name, but it's next to the Filipino grocery Jasmine. I'd give Jasmine a call to see if they know the bakery's number so you can ask (because both shops might actually be owned by the same people).

That said, Jasmine has a rack of baked goods, and I'm pretty sure they had bibinka there as well. Probably not as fresh as from the bakery, but good as well.

Thanks so much! I will check it out. I also found a really friendly, small but well-stocked Filipino grocery store in Franklin Park: New Manila. They get regular deliveries from a local bakery and carry some items (refrigerated) from Goldilocks. They are super friendly and helpful and also have a steam table with several different cooked foods that you can get to go.
