Headed to Kentucky, need BBQ help!

Heading down to West Point Ky. this weekend to visit some distilleries , take in the bi-annual madness at Knob Creek Gun Range and hopefully round out the experience with some good Que.
We'll be staying in Shepardsville just south of Louisville off of rt 65 and would appreciate recommendations for anything good in the area.
