    Hi,

Is this considered a rijsttafel? I have always wanted to attend one of these. I cannot make this date, though I would be interested when you have a rijsttafel.

    Regards,

While some of these dishes may appear on a rijsttafel (rice table), the ones I've enjoyed are more like a banquet with up to 40 side dishes. If you can't get to Bali, Amsterdam will do in a pinch.
