5/1/2011 Chocolate and Truffle Class @ Delightful Pastries

Last week I stopped at GNR Delightful Pastries (needed to get my pierogi fix) and picked up a list of upcoming cooking classes. Sunday May 1 is a chocolate and truffle making class from 3 pm to 5 pm. Now I have to see if I can juggle a family commitment enough to be able to make it to the class.

Also picked up a loaf of cranberry pecan sourdough, it was very tasty with a nice crisp crust.

This class should be a lot of fun and the recipes will be very doable. I took paczki and custard and mousse with Dobra. Really good time! And you get a lot of goodies to take home.
