Can't remember, but this is one thing that I have yet to learn to do ( well, so is canning, but one thing at a time). So who knows a place that teaches this stuff?

These are three of my favorite sites for sausage making. All three give great directions and instructions. All supplies you need are easily available. I've been making sausage for several years and learned from these sites and 2 different sausage making email lists.
