need breakfast/brunch place for tomorrow (Fri)

My friend wants to meet for breakfast. She will have a 14 month old in tow. She lives basically in Andersonville. I'm Galewood/Oak Park. I was hoping for some place in the middle. She suggested Crepe Town. I say too far. I countered with Longman and Eagle. She says too expensive.
