Seventeen of the area’s most creative culinary artisans will gather at the River East Art Center on Sunday, June 5 for the inaugural
Dose Market, a new monthly event celebrating the best in food, fashion and design.
Come shop for Blis' barrel-aged maple syrup and vinegars, eat Jo Snow's gourmet snow cones and X-Marx's Sichuan noodles, and drink Seedling's local fruit smoothies and Rare Tea Cellar's exceptional teas while scoping edgy jewelry, letterpress stationary, unusual pocket squares, vintage suitcases retrofitted as boom-boxes and much, much more.
The complete list of food vendors for the June 5 market is as follows: Chicago Honey Co-op, Truffle Truffle, Crumb/Bun Pow, Rare Bird Preserves, Jo Snow Syrups, Blis Gourmet, Crop to Cup Coffee, Great American Cheese Collection, Old Town Social charcuterie, Defloured, Seedling Fruit, Bullseye Baking, Rare Tea Cellar, Scrumptious Pantry, Salted Caramel, X-Marx and Snookelfritz.
And we'd love to extend a special invite to all LTHers: Half-priced admission if you mention that you read about Dose on LTHForum at the door. We hope to see you there!
