So I'm planning a dinner for about 20 people. Our ideal spot would be BYOB and easy to get to from downtown (under 20 minutes). I'd prefer a place that's open until 11PM on Friday nights (or else Podhalanka would be awesome).

Any ideas? Chinatown seems like it would offer some places that would fit the bill.

I haven't eaten there but have you tried Chi Cafe in Chinatown? It is good for groups, open until 5:00 A.M. and it is BYOB with 4 stars on Yelp.

I've never eaten there, but sounds like a good option. I'll have to take a scouting trip to check it out.

I had a late dinner at Ming Hin and thought it was pretty good--some dishes better than others...and BYOB is fine. Mundial Cocina Mestiza might be an option although it shows that they're only open til 11:00 on Saturdays...if that option would appeal, you might want to call and see if they'd accomodate you on a Friday--they very well might for a large group.

20 minutes from downtown by what mode of transportation? TAC Quick is a possibility.
