Post #1513 - June 10th, 2011, 3:23 pmMy parents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary tomorrow, so I made a cake. Lemon cake with alternating fillings of raspberry preserves (that I made last summer) and lemon curd. Covered in vanilla French buttercream and decorated with fondant, Swiss buttercream and some adorable edible gold glitter stars (from Wilton). I sure hope they like it!
