[DFW] Harold's Chicken Shack

I recently discovered that, about a month ago, a little place called Harold's Chicken Shack opened in South Dallas.

It's quite good. If any of you Chicagoans are ever down in Dallas, you really ought to give it a try.

Do the Dallas Harold's Chicken Shacks offer fried chicken livers (under "Chicken Parts" on the Chicago menus)? They are scrumptuous, are cooked upon order, and mighty fine with the hot sauce.

Do you remember Henderson's down the street from Baylor hospital on Gaston Avenue?

I loved their chicken backs even more than the livers, gizzards, and wings. And those great, greasy, limp fries.
