If one wanted to purchase enough of all the products involved in making Vienna Beef's version of the perfect Chicago style hot dog, say for fifty or so people, would one be able to purchase all the ingredients at Vienna Beef on Damen? Poppy seed buns? Sport peppers?? Celery salt?!?
    Thanks in advance!

Yes, but not 100% sure about the buns.

    HI,

I was at the Vienna store recently for breakfast. I have never seen buns sold there retail, though you can buy a made-to-order hot dog.

Vienna store usually sells hot dogs, though not the complete condiment array for a Chicago-style hot dog. Nearby Costco sells the Rosen buns, seeded and unseeded, in large quantities as well as most of the condiments. I don't believe I ever saw sport peppers there.

Since the Vienna Beef store acts as an outlet with overruns and other odds and ends, I would phone in advance to be certain they have what you expect.

Thank you! This is all very helpful. I suspected Costco would have what Vienna didn't.

Actually, the Vienna store sells their own branded Chicago Green Relish, Sport Peppers. I'm pretty sure they have mustard as well. Look for them near the deli counter wnen you walk in.
