Cajun food truck in the loop

While heading back to the office from Bombay Wraps for lunch today, I saw a cajun food truck cruise past me, but now I can't remember the name of it and can't seem to find it on google. Anyone heard of a cajun truck around town or know what I'm talking about? I need some gumbo!

I did a quick google search and found Bayou Express. Looks like they're owned by a company called Mobile Food Unit that has a few different truck concepts. They post the location on their twitter account.

Let ms know if you happen to find the truck. I'm an Asian Cajun and would love a closer option for Cajun than Utica.

yup, it is Bayou Express. They're twitter account doesn't appear very active, not sure how often they are out. I will be on the lookout for it and try to check it out sometime soon, the one yelp review looks fairly positive.

This truck was parked today (and yesterday as well I believe) on Madison, between State and Dearborn, in front of the Sears location just around the corner from what has become food truck central on Dearborn between Madison and Monroe. My guess is it did not get there early enough to get a spot on Dearborn, and I did not see it until I had already hit up the Tamale Spaceship (the Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Tamales with a white garlic sauce, very tasty) but I plan on trying it next time I run across it.
