The 5 Rabbit Beer pairing dinners were a smashing success! Thanks to all of the LTHers that came, we really appreciate it and are glad that you had a great time.
We did dinners on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, which was hectic but a ton of fun.
The 5 Rabbits brewers came out and showcased their 5 Rabbit, 5 Vulture and an as of yet unreleased "Day of the Dead" seasonal brew. The Day of the Dead was outstanding, it was definitely an interesting beer that I am really excited to see released. Definitely try to get your hands on it when they release it later this year.
The menu turned out well, here are some pics and descriptions of the food:

Papaya Salad- marlin served atop papaya, mango, jicama and serrano salad with passionfruit-lime vinaigrette served with a cha gio cup filled with a bite of tom kha soup broth
