I've been getting good use out of my new popsicle molds. Here are some recent combos.

This one I posted in another thread--frozen strawberries from Thompson's farm, basil, lemon, a little cream and a little sugar--my favorite so far:

Peach, thai basil, some sugar, lime:

Alphonso mango, coconut milk, sugar, lime (probably my second recent favorite)

Tuna fruit (prickly pear), lime, sugar

I think canteloupe and mint will be next...
I've been thinking about using frozen passion fruit pulp but I'll probably wait on this while the summer fruit is good.

A while back, I made "otter pops" with Sparky using the FoodSaver (the only real use I have for it) and pureed cantaloupe. We really enjoyed them, and they didn't need any added sugar to be really good.

Liquids don't work well in this application, so I froze the cantaloupe to a granita-like texture and then portioned it into pre-made tubes which I sealed across the top. Reminds me: I should do this again.

Where did you get the molds?

I've been thinking about juice pops all summer, but I've been put off by the prices of the cool kids mold makers and machines.

I got mine from Amazon.com. I like these traditional molds more than the silicone molds I had previously purchased (it was sort of a waste to make a batch of 4 small popsicles)
