I have had the pleasure of living a few blocks away from Rock Wrap and Roll and am so thankful that it's so much closer to me than TAC Quick. Same owners, but not entirely the same menu.
Tonight I had the chicken and shrimp lettuce wraps, which were fresh tasting and not greasy at all. Lettuce was a little tired looking, but still crunchy. We also had the salmon skill maki which was surprisingly good as most other versions I've had were soggy. Here the salmon skin is plentiful and super crispy.
On previous visits, we've had the moo ping (awesome, I order it almost every time now), boat noodles (nice kick), and pad see ew (not a bad rendition, lacking some wok hay, but not overly greasy).
It saddens me when I see the place empty (granted it is Monday), but they do a brisk carryout delivery business. I will definitely be back with my camera for a few food shots.
I am also hoping to plan a dinner there on a Monday night. They are open to serving dishes from TAC Quick for this event. I will post it on the Events Board.
