Balsan is hosting a family style dinner featuring Greenbush brewery on Sept 29th. The menu will consist of seafood towers, head to tail preparations from a Berkshire pig and bottomless growlers of Greenbush beers. Chef Grant collaborated with Greenbush to brew a Balsan beer called Soleless. This beer will also be featured that night.
The Elysian is a gorgeous property and Balsan is amazing and underrated, so I'd highly recommend this dinner if you like restaurants like The Bristol, Purple Pig, Publican, L&E or Girl&Goat.
The cost is a very reasonable $58 per person ++ tax/tip.
