Visit a Sustainable Rainbow Trout Farm with Shedd Aquarium!

The Business of Sustainable Seafood

Rushing Waters Fisheries, in Palmyra, Wisconsin, is in the business of sustainable seafood. During our visit, we’ll explore the ins and outs of rainbow trout aquaculture and see what it takes to run a fish farm. By the end of our tour, you’ll have a taste of the industry—including a trout lunch! You’ll also have a chance to purchase seafood at the Rushing Waters farm store and learn what questions to ask when you shop at your local seafood counter.
Transportation and lunch are included.
