Join Shedd Aquarium at Dirk’s Fish and Gourmet Shop, a local fishmonger and sustainable seafood partner. You will learn how to purchase and prepare a whole fish sustainably. Pick up new recipes and enjoy the tasty results of the demonstration. Delight in lively discussion with other like-minded adults and get a taste of Shedd’s Right Bite program.
