Great deal and JUST in time for the LTH picnic! I bought two :)

    But wait, what's this??

"Sorry, this groupon is not valid until tomorrow, September 11th"

EDIT: Someone went in and changed the effective date! Off to the market I go

If anyone still has this Groupon (set to expire 12/13), they are no longer accepting them. :x

I went Tuesday or Wednesday for a beef roast and they didn't have any; they actually had very little meat.. I was told they'd have my roast on Friday. I went today and saw the sign on the door about Groupon, but picked up a nearly 5-lb pork loin roast today since I was there. They still didn't have the beef I was looking for. The pork was $19—I don't know if that's good or not—but it sure is a pretty roast.

When I redeemed my second one back in mid October, the cashier told me they planned to offer another one around Xmas time.

Best case, this is setting up for that, worst case, they lost too much money on it and are abandoning the program :(

I'm adjusting my last post slightly...when I said I was looking for a beef roast and they didn't have any, I meant they didn't have any of the one I was looking for. But they were out of quite a few things; their cases were probably 2/3 full then, 3/4 full now.

One thing that remained was espina. What does one do with pork spine? It looked pretty meaty and I was tempted.

I've been to Chicago Meat Market 3 times and every time I was ripped off.
The meat sucks. I have never gotten a single product I was happy with.
Jewel and Dominics' are better - that's how bad this place is.

You know what's bullpucky? Groupon only giving me a refund in Grouponbucks.
