I plan to make this one on a Saturday in the dead of January. We'll all need to maintain our winter weight and cheer ourselves up.

I already know I have a Culinary Historians meeting on January 21st. For Chicago Foodways Roundtable, I have control of the calendar. Let me know what date you want, then I will work around it. If you choose the 21st, I might bring the Moms or have to bow out due to the same ladies.
