Post #4 - July 22nd, 2005, 2:25 pmCan't recall if they have duck, but Cyrano's sells pates and rillettes at the CHIC farmers market (although you can probably pick them up at his restaurant at about Wells and Grand) for about $7.50 for a half-pint jar. The Cheese Stands Alone also carries them. Several are quite good.

Post #5 - July 22nd, 2005, 3:15 pmCHIC Farmers Market ended February 6 because CHIC kicked them out. Their web site still hasn't been updated from February, so the outlook isn't good.

Post #7 - July 24th, 2005, 9:40 amAh well, that leaves The Cheese Stands Alone for Cyrano's rillettes and pates. Marcey St. Market at Sam's had them as well last I looked, about a month ago.
