    Cookbook Club

    Date: 10/27/2011
    Start Time: 7:00 PM
    End Time: 8:15 PM

Description: Every month we’ll read, cook from, and discuss a different cookbook, which will be available for checkout from the library. (Sorry, the cooking is done at your own house, as the library has no kitchen facilities!) This month's book is The Joy of Cooking, 75th Anniversary edition. Everyone cooks four recipes: Baked Acorn Squash with Apples and Pears, p 309; Broiled Fish Fillets with Tomatoes and Herbs, p 406; plus any two of your choice.

Fremont Public Library is located at 1170 North Midlothian Road in Mundelein.
