As an FYI, Next has gone back to weekly table releases, which they announce on Facebook (in addition to daily releases). Fourteen tables for this week will be made available today, and announced on Facebook.

I wonder if the play on childhood will be more general or will be restricted to american childhood.

I think it is fair to say someone will criticize the menu as not being an authentic representation of their childhood. But, as GA says in the article, "that's not the point".

Definitely looking forward to this and the inevitable complaint that the menu didn't evoke one's specific childhood experience.

Not sure, but the trailer Grant posted stated that service would be starting this Sat. Oct. 22nd. And the website has already been updated with the new logo. Guess it's just a matter of time this week.

It will be a secret release only publicized on Facebook, Twitter, Eater, Grubstreet, the Amber Alert System, and potentially the Emergency Broadcast System.

Seriously though, keep an eye on their Facebook page. That's where it will show up first, most likely.

I can't belive the prices for the 10pm 4 top... 35 compared to 85 for a 2 top at the same time. I wonder if the price difference may mean less courses... Oh well I got my tickets!!!

Had to share it ... had just realized I should update my credit card info on the Next site in prep for this round (having struck out the other two menus) and surprise, surprise I got the ordering calendar ... was a bit stunned but so happy, esp since it was just at midnight heading into my birthday which felt so "childhood" appropriate!

Hoping we can fill those tables with LTH folks!

It is so rare to be rewarded for being a night owl. Although I suppose a few early birds will get the worm as well. Hooray!

Damnit. Got a tip from a friend (who has a friend that works there) that tix were going on sale last night. It was supposed to be 7, which turned into 10. I went to bed shortly before midnight and woke up at 5:15 for work. Had stuff to do right when I arrived and now I'm just sitting down to my computer and they are sold out.

I guess I'll end up paying 100 for same nights when I was really wanted to pay a lot less for an off peak time. I can't believe some of them were $35!!
