I think this could be another jam packed class. It's about half-full already. Should I post the Schnitzel class too?

    Hi,

My sister and I are at the schnitzel class this week, too. I taught myself last winter, I want to see what tricks I missed.

    Regards,
    Cathy2

Giving this thread a bump as a reminder about the stollen class. Ingrid will be making a two kinds: one made with ground nuts and leavened with baking powder, and the other will be more bread like and leavened with yeast. I'll be the one washing dishes in the back. :)

Thanks mrsm. This morning their were about 5 openings left. The Lincoln Square Christkindl Markt is happening about a block away, so have some dinner and then come for Stollen class for dessert.
