Pig Roast to benefit Burr Elementary: Quencher's - 12/4

I'm going to be spit roasting a Slagel pig at Quencher's during the Bears/KC game on 12/4. Kickoff is at Noon and food will be coming out during halftime. I'm currently planning on doing Duck Fat Spaetzl as one of the sides, with a couple others in the planning phases (PM me if you want any info about free admission for bringing a side or volunteering). Tickets are $25 and will go on sale early next week. Tickets also include one free entry into a raffle of donations from local breweries and other businesses (all food or booze oriented). I'll update this post when tickets are on sale and the raffle list is finalized.

All proceeds will be going to Burr Elementary to help defray the costs of things like language education, pay for Pre-K and K programs, etc. (more info here: http://friendsofburr.org).
