Post #2 - November 25th, 2011, 4:00 pmI received a cheese-of-the-month gift from Artisanal a few years ago. Their website no longer lists this, but you could call and see whether they will do individual cheese orders.
I enjoy the cheeses from Cato Corner Farm in Colchester, CT. They are also tatterdemalion and PIGMON approved. (Jacques Pepin is a fan, too, according to their salesperson.) They do direct orders. There is a 10 dollar flat shipping fee to the Chicago area. Pastoral often carries some of their cheeses.Man : I can't understand how a poet like you can eat that stuff.
